Analisis Hubungan Technostress Terhadap Kesadaran Keamanan Informasi Pada Guru SMA

Abstrak
Technostress merupakan suatu fenomena yang akhir-akhir ini sering terjadi karena berkembangnya teknologi informasi yang signifikan. Pasca pandemi COVID 19, banyak sektor telah bertransformasi ke teknologi informasi. Akibatnya banyak individu yang merasa belum sepenuhnya siap untuk menggunakan teknologi merasa terebani sehingga rentan mengalami technostress. Disisi lain, semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi, maka risiko kesadaran keamanan informasi juga semakin rentan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan semakin maraknya kasus-kasus kebocoran data yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara technostress terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi tiga domain dari HAIS-Q yakni pengelolaan kata sandi, penggunaan aplikasi, dan penggunaan email. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS SEM dengan jumlah responden 84 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa technostress terikait pengelolaan kata sandi dan technostress terkait penggunaan email berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi. Sedangkan technostress terkait penggunaan aplikasi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi.
