Author Guidelines

JITSI : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Sistem Informasi publishes original research and review articles on information systems, computer science, computer engineering, visualization and social informatics, as described in the Focus and Scope.


 		      Authors should prepare the manuscript using the JITSI template and submit through the online submission system (link). Only manuscript following the JITSI format will be sent to reviewers.

 		   The manuscript should be original and has not been previously published or under review by other journals.

 		   All submitted paper will be reviewed by experts in the field by considering the originality, clarity of presentation and significance to science.

 		   As the commitment to fast publication, editors try their best to complete a review process within four weeks. If authors did not receive any notification after that period, please do send an email to editors.

 		   JITSI : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Sistem Informasi is an open access international journal.  However, it is very pleased to inform you (All Authors) that Author manuscript submission will free for each article. 

 

Following are the steps to submit a manuscript JITSI : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Sistem Informasi:

  1. Register first, click here.
  2. Download the template here.
  3. Customize your manuscript with the JITSI Template format: Scientific Journal of Information Systems Technology and make sure the manuscript is free from PLAGIARISM
  4. Please login here, then Submit your Manuscript by clicking the New Submission link. Follow the guidelines that appear on the website to complete.
  5. Then your script will be checked by the Editor immediately, and will be reviewed by competent reviewers.
  6. To check the status of your script, please log in to the website. All activities in this Journal are web based. including the review process.
  7. If there is something asked to the editor, use the discussion menu available on the website after you login

Before you submit

  • Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared with the JITSI template (Word).
  • The manuscript must be original, not published elsewhere and not under review by another journal.
  • Similarity must be below 20% (Turnitin), excluding references.
  • Disclose any use of generative AI as described in the Declaration of Generative AI.

Review and publication

  • Every manuscript is screened by the editor and then reviewed double-blind by at least two reviewers.
  • The first decision is usually given within four to six weeks.
  • Each published article shows its Received, Revised, Accepted and Published dates.

Fees

Submission is free. Accepted articles pay a publication fee as listed on the Author Fees page.

Indexing

JITSI is indexed in DOAJ, SINTA, Crossref, Google Scholar, Garuda, Dimensions and BASE (see the Indexing page).
