Abstract
Following an implementation test to gauge user response to the system, a questionnaire was administered, yielding data from 55 respondents—all students from the 2020 cohort of the Informatics Management study program. The results indicate that 26.75% of respondents rated the system as "Excellent," 58.44% as "Good," 13.51% as "Fair," and 1.30% as "Poor." Given that the largest share of responses falls into the "Good" category, it can be concluded that the internship proposal information system is suitable for use. Regarding technical issues or disruptions encountered while using the system, 0.15% of respondents reported "never," 30.91% "rarely," 49.09% "sometimes," and 5.45% "frequently." Based on these figures, it can be concluded that technical issues or errors occur only rarely during the use of the application.
